The Cameroon National Shippers' Council (CNSC) organised a training session on 28 April 2026, at its premises in Douala, to the benefit of foreign trade stakeholders. The purpose of this training session was to present the new digital platform for the issuance of the Electronic Cargo Tracking Note via the BESC 3.0 platform.
